After getting checked in the guy told me we had a room on the first floor which I called in advance when I made the reservation and after to make sure I was on a high floor with a view (mind you I made the reservation 5 months before!!) I told him I wanted somthing on a higher floor and he said there was nothing he could do. First of all.took us 45min to figure out where to park (its behind the luxor) it seems like your going to park at the hotel next door (mandelin bay) After parking we had to walk allllllll the way through the hotel and casino to wait in line for 20min.
